Summer Down Under goes WILD with Bindi and the Crocmen!

Australia Zoo’s Summer Down Under concert series went WILD when Bindi and the Crocmen performed live in the Crocoseum, January 9 to 13.

Thousands of fans from near and far braved the wet weather to see Bindi and her trusty Crocmen, perform their latest songs and dances.

The Crocoseum came alive as thousands jumped to their feet to sing and dance along with Australia’s favourite Jungle Girl.

It was another spectacular week of performances from Bindi and the Crocmen but certainly not the last of the Summer Down Under concerts.

The Crocoseum will rock on Saturday January 19, when the Veronicas perform live, followed by a true-blue Australia Day with John Williamson.

Veronicas rock the Crocoseum

Australia Zoo can always count on international rock stars, The Veronica’s, to transform our Crocoseum into an electrifying Rock-o-seum! And that's exactly what they did on Saturday, January 19, when record crowds came to Australia Zoo to see the talented twins perform live as part of the Summer Down Under concert series.

There wasn’t a seat left in the house as thousands poured into the stadium to rock-out with the hot dynamic duo and their American based band. The electrifying performance had fans on their feet dancing and singing along to well known tunes such as Heavenly Broken and Everything I’m Not. There were many crowd favourites but the Veronicas cover of legendary Aussie rock song ‘Long Way to the Top’ by ACDC had fans of all ages ‘rockin’ out.

It has been an action-packed Summer Down Under concert series with spectacular performances from Dean Guyer, Tripod, Steady Eddy, John Edwards, Bindi and the Crocmen and the Veronicas. But wait! It’s not over yet! The final Summer Down Under concert is set to be the biggest so far with an Australia Day celebration featuring true-blue performer John Williamson.
