8.00am Arrive at the main entrance at Australia Zoo where you will be met by your personal guide for the day. Your guide will run through the details of your day and let you know about all the animal encounters you will be involved in.
8.15am Your morning wil start with our drop-dead gorgeous big cats! You will take a walk with our big cats around the Zoo and your professional photographer will be on hand to capture all the special moments. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience with just you and the big cats!
9.00am From the big cats, your guide will take you on a tour of the Zoo including a ride on Steve's Safari Shuttle through to the Wetlands. From here you will visit our emus, koalas, kangaroos, our Rainforest Aviary birds, birds of prey and venomous snakes.
10:00am It's time for your own private elephant feeding! Meet our gorgeous Asian Elephants Siam, Sabu and Bimbo.
10.20am Enjoy morning tea at the Feeding Frenzy Foodcourt, overlooking kangaroos and crocodiles in lush green surroundings.
10:45 After morning tea you will get your very own photo at our Green Screen studio. You will have your photo taken with Steve and Terri Irwin will be superimposed with a scene of your choice.
11.00am Are you ready for some serious wildlife action? Our keepers and their amazing animals will take you on a slithering, swooping, jaw-snapping adventure of epic proportions! Every day in the Animal Planet Crocoseum we are taking on the world’s conservation issues and protecting the animal kingdom, and we want you to join our army of Wildlife Warriors. Come on a journey of discovery and learn all about the incredible world of giant snakes, majestic elephants, colourful, soaring birds and those prehistoric legends, the big Saltwater Crocodiles. Wooo-hoo!
12.10pm Encounter a variety of animals as our staff introduce you to a giant python, one of our beautiful birds, a gorgeous koala, cheeky alligator and one of our naughty wombats! This private animal extravaganza is sure to be a highlight of your day, with a professional photographer present to capture every moment!
12.30pm Have an amazing experience when you get up close and personal with our grand Aldabran Tortoises! These guys absolutely love pats and cuddles, and you can watch them chew through their lunch using their serrated mouth – cool as a cucumber!
1.00pm It's time to take part in an interactive, educational experience with one of Australia’s native icons! This sticky-beak little creature is one of the most interesting animals around, and you’ll never forget your up-close encounter with the amazing echidna!
1.20pm Lunch time! After such an exciting morning you will be ready to take a seat in our open-air Feeding Frenzy Foodcourt. You will have lunch at a reserved section overlooking our koalas and crocodiles.
1:45pm This is your chance to see inside a working animal hospital where we care for our native wildlife. This behind-the-scenes tour of the Australian Wildlife Hospital will give you a great appreciation for the importance of every single animal and how hard we work to ensure they are rehabilitated and released back into the wild.
3.15pm Up next... dingoes! These beautiful girls just love meeting new people during the By Jingo! Dingo Encounter.
3.45pm Enjoy afternoon tea at the Feeding Frenzy Foodcourt.
4.15pm Wooo-hoo! Now it's time to get your very own Australia Zoo souvenir pack before you head home. You will be escorted to the front of the Zoo where your tour will conclude.
