Our New Friend

I would like you to meet 'Reg' he is our newest little friend that has decided to make Kids Zoo his home. Reg is a wild baby Water Dragon. He loves to hang around in the garden beside Kids Zoo eating all the worms. He comes out every day to say hi to us, and is very comfortable with us walking around him. Reg loves the green mats that we put out every morning to dry, he sun bakes on them. Reg has heaps of friends that live around the garden with him; they are not quite as friendly, but they still come out and say hi sometimes. There was a bigger water dragon that lived at Kids Zoo for a while and he would come and steal the pig's fruit every afternoon, but he has since moved on. Reg isn't quite big enough to be able to take the pig fruit yet! Reg has a little square white patch on his back to help us identify him. We see Reg everyday, mainly in the morning and afternoon when there's not as many people walking around. We all love Reg at Kids Zoo, and hope to watch him grow up into a beautiful big Water Dragon.
