Calling all Australia Zoo fans! It’s time to cast your vote for your Zoo Crew mates and put us on the map – er, board.
Hasbro’s Monopoly is revamping their Australian Edition after 25 years of the game, so if you want to buy your favourite Zoo, build a hotel on it and charge exorbitant rates for people to stay there, now’s your chance! Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars, just go straight to www.monopoly.com.au and cast your vote for Australia Zoo TODAY! Everyone gets one vote per day, so if you reeeeeeeally love us you should totally bookmark the Monopoly website and head back every day to vote! Yippee!
Australia Zoo is one of five Queensland icons to be nominated to appear on the board, and only three of those five will gain a position. The other nominees include the Stockman’s Hall of Fame, the Great Barrier Reef, Surfer’s Paradise and Brisbane’s South Bank. You can vote for other states as well, however the state with the MOST votes will gain the coveted ‘navy blue’ positions (represented by Park Lane and Mayfair in the English Edition).
