The Zoo is buzzing with excitement this week with the launch of the Ripper Rhino encounter. No- it’s not a spelling error…there are Rhino’s at Australia Zoo! Wooo-Hoo!
Australia Zoo recently became home to two beautiful Southern White Rhino’s named Swazi and Ganini (DJ). The two cheeky boys have settled in very well and are absolutely adored by all the staff here at the Zoo. So we thought we better share these two big beauties with the rest of the world!
The Ripper Rhino encounter has been running for just a week and has already proved to be a huge hit with Zoo guests. The encounter takes you on an ‘exclusive’ behind the scenes tour to meet, pat and get up-close to one of our very large and very friendly Rhino boys. How cool is that?
This amazing experience is offered daily at Australia Zoo to everyone over the age of eight years. And be sure to get in quick because there are only six places available each day!
