What could possibly be more fun than two hundred odd members of the Zoo Crew (odd being the key word) converging on a bowling ally?!
Our recent bowling night at Caloundra Tenpin was arranged by our very own way-cool POUNCE legends (Profits Only Used for Needy Conservation Efforts) to raise money for the Australian Wildlife Conservancy. The crew managed to raise a whopping $1200 on the night. Unreal!
It was all for a very good cause, but not only that – it was SUPER FUN! We had 29 teams of four, and everyone put in a top effort. The night's four winning teams were from the Foodcourt (Leanne and friends), Marketing/Website (Natalie, Louise, Jess-Bazza and Jess-Simon - wooo-hoo!), Construction (Mark, Aaron, John and Neville) and Keepers (Jasmin, Wombat, Chris and Kathy). A well-deserved Best Dressed Award went to the Flaming Fros (Sally, Kat, Liz and Sarah)!
An awesome night was had by all, and we can't wait for the next POUNCE party!
