The Great Corporate Race is on! Imagine this: a whole bunch of colleagues from workplaces all over the Sunshine Coast form teams to race against time and each other, all for the benefit of homeless youth. What a cool event!
The Great Corporate Race is a brilliant venture that has two functions – one is to help corporations build successful teams through an innovative program of challenges, tasks, skill-building exercises and activities, and the other is to raise money to assist young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The creators of the race, the Solution Network Australia Foundation, will use all the profits to house homeless girls aged 10 to 16 on the Sunshine Coast .
The race will see teams travelling through venues on the Coast where adventures abound, completing challenges and having heaps of fun along the way. The contestants will be making flying visits at the Big Kart Track, Underwater World, Aussie World, and of course – Australia Zoo! Wooo-hoo!
